Construction Supervising Sanitary Installer (all)

Your tasks

• You lead a small assembly team with foresight, promote open cooperation, and ensure clear and level-appropriate communication on the construction site.
• You realize demanding sanitary installations in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings in accordance with schedule, cost, and quality.
• You coordinate the work with other trades of building technology and together develop optimal technical solutions.
• You participate in construction and coordination meetings and represent the interests of the project competently and in a solution-oriented manner.
• You organize material, personnel, and resources and ensure a smooth construction process.
• You monitor additional and reduced costs, support the project management with supplements as well as with interim and final invoices, and keep an eye on the economic success of your construction sites.
• You actively contribute to maintaining our high quality and safety standards.

What you bring with you

• Completed vocational training as a Sanitary Installer EFZ.
• Ideally, further training as a Construction Supervising Sanitary Fitter or the willingness to complete this with our support.
• Enjoyment in leading employees and in collaborating with customers, planners, and entrepreneurs.
• Strong service and customer understanding as well as an independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
• Sense of responsibility, organizational talent, and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing.
• Driver's license category B.
