Your tasks – Responsibility in the operating room

• Professional preparation of operating rooms, instruments, and materials for surgical procedures
• Scrubbing and assisting during operative procedures in various specialties
• Compliance with and monitoring of hygiene and sterilization regulations for patient safety
• Ensuring an optimal workflow in the OR in close cooperation with female surgeons, male surgeons, and the OR team
• Postoperative preparation of the operating room and professional documentation of the measures carried out
• Care and support of patients before, during, and after the operation

Your profile – Professional expertise and organizational talent

• Completed training as Dipl. Fachfrau/Fachmann Operationstechnik HF
• Experience in the OR field is an advantage, but not mandatory
• High capacity for concentration, precision, and resilience in demanding situations
• Teamwork skills and interprofessional thinking for smooth cooperation in the OR
• Independent and structured way of working
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
