We are the small nursing home in Binningen, where a total of 32 elderly, mostly dementia-suffering people are cared for and supported in living groups and a family atmosphere. At our two locations, around 55 employees work closely together in the areas of nursing, household management, activation and administration. Short distances and a personal and appreciative interaction characterize the working day.

To complement our nursing team, we are looking for a committed personality as of 1. August 2026 or by agreement as

Your area of responsibility

• Holistic and professional care and support of our residents
• Taking over daily responsibility
• Participation in the nursing process and in the allocation of nursing needs with RAI
• Co-responsibility for electronic nursing documentation
• Participation in the training and support of our learners
• Collaboration with relatives, doctors and other stakeholders in the environment of the residents

What you bring

• Completed training as a health specialist (EFZ)
• Enjoyment of working with elderly and sick people
• Commitment and willingness to take responsibility
• High communication skills and good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Stress tolerance, flexibility, team spirit and a sense of humor
