What you can achieve with us
Your main mission consists of leading the claims team composed of 8 people and pursuing the development of claims processing. In this regard, you will take into account the integration of our modern processes and encourage the digital skills of your employees.
You are an executive of the general agency and actively participate in the planning and implementation of tomorrow's challenges. You are capable of processing and ensuring the follow-up of claims in all non-life branches and accompanying customers with empathy and simplicity.
What you bring
Driving experience
The federal diploma in private insurance is an asset
Several years of experience in claims processing in all non-life branches
You enjoy contact and accompany clients in the event of a claim
Ability to work independently
You are responsible, empathetic, and open by nature
Knowledge of German is an asset

Your place of work is located in Estavayer-le-Lac and occasionally in Payerne. Your employment rate is negotiable from 80% and your start date is to be agreed.
