Job Description
The regional employment offices (ORP) of the canton of Vaud, attached to the Direction générale de l'emploi et marché du travail (DGEM), are responsible for assisting clients in their job search and supporting employers in recruiting personnel. They play a key role in the implementation of employment policy and the fight against unemployment.

In your capacity as a personnel consultant, you work within the framework of supporting the professional integration of job seekers. In this perspective, you follow and advise each client of the Service public de l'emploi, with the objective of their rapid and sustainable placement on the labor market. You select the appropriate placement strategies and have specific measures available to allow for the development of each individual's employability. You are also responsible for ensuring compliance with legal regulations for the persons within your portfolio. Thanks to the quality of your candidate proposals, you are a key actor for companies searching for personnel.

Responsibilities
Activate and advise each client through counseling and follow-up interviews;
Perform professional assessments and assessments of professional and personal skill development for the persons within your portfolio by granting improvement and training measures;
Actively support the proposal of vacancies to clients of the service public de l’emploi;
Ensure, in accordance with federal and cantonal laws on unemployment insurance, compliance with the obligations and placement aptitude of users;
Perform a permanent update of the computer database (Plasta) and the routine management of administrative tasks for each client;
Strengthen collaboration with the different inter-institutional partners (Social Services, Office de l'assurance-invalidité, etc.);
Establish a reintegration strategy for each client in a personalized manner that is always adapted to their needs and profile.

Qualifications
Federal diploma of specialist in HR, specialist in social insurance, or specialist in professional integration completed or in progress.
Several years of experience in the fields of counseling and placement, socio-professional reintegration, or HR.
Good knowledge of the labor market and the Vaud economic fabric.
Sensitive to the legal aspects of HR follow-up within the framework of your experiences.
Relational and social skills oriented towards results.
Rigor and precision in the execution of tasks.
Proven listening skills and customer orientation.
Good resistance to stress.
The absence of a recognized diploma as mentioned in the job description leads to the application of salary class 9.
