Specialist Responsibility Integrated Management System (m/f/d)

WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE WITH US

• Planning and conducting internal audits and controls (office, construction site)
• Preparing and conducting audits with the certification body
• Reporting on the performance of the management system and on improvement opportunities to the executive management
• Collaboration in and further development of the management system reports of the Marti-Gruppe group management
• Maintaining, updating and further developing the integrated management system in the areas of quality, environment and sustainability
• Implementing new processes
• Developing quality standards and checklists
• Conducting root cause analyses and proposing corrective measures
• Conducting training and awareness measures
• Formal checking and maintaining of management documents

YOU HAVE ALREADY LAID THE FOLLOWING FOUNDATIONS

• Training or several years of experience in the field of quality and environmental management systems
• German as a native language as well as a high level of communication in spoken and written form, any further language is an advantage
• Good IT knowledge and proficient use of MS-Office 365 (Teams / Word / Excel / Outlook) as well as MS-SharePoint
• Interest in the automation of work processes
• Networked thinking and an independent way of working
