Your tasks

• Main responsibility for the entire house with the support of a Fachperson Gesundheit as well as an SRK Pflegehilfe
• Professional end-of-life accompaniment, care of relatives
• Acting in emergency situations/death according to the emergency organization
• Reporting and coding of the RAI LTCF
• Updating nursing reports in the nursing documentation
• Preparing and distributing medication according to instructions
• Co-responsible for cooperative collaboration within the P&B team and across departments
• Active participation in team meetings

What you bring with you

• Completed training as dipl. Pflegefachperson HF (or equivalent, recognized training in Switzerland)
• Joy in working with the elderly, empathy and patience in dealing with people affected by dementia
• Sense of responsibility, independence and a structured way of working
• High social competence, team spirit as well as a positive and solution-oriented attitude
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Experience with the RAI-LTCF assessment system
• Resilience, health and decision-making ability
