L-Ensemble hospitalier de la Côte is a healthcare network that spans from birth to old age. This network includes acute care and rehabilitation facilities, a private clinic, EMS, medical centers and medical outpatients distributed in the La Côte region, as well as the 1st school of clinical hypnosis dedicated to the healthcare sector in Suisse romande.

To reinforce our medical centers, polyclinics, and medical outpatients, we are looking for a:

Medical Assistant (F/M) multisites at 80% - 100%

CDI, hourly pay, start as soon as possible

YOU POSSESS

• A CFC as a medical assistant, or a title deemed equivalent.
• Skills in blood sampling, laboratory analyses, and extended radiology.
• A strong interest in administrative tasks.
• Flexibility and versatility in order to provide doctors with quality support in the execution of routine and exceptional activities.
• A keen sense of responsibility.
• Recognized skills in the use of IT tools as well as excellent spelling.
• A strong team spirit, autonomy, and the desire to evolve in an environment promoting collegiality.

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Ensure the reception and orientation of patients.
• Guarantee an excellent patient experience on a daily basis.
• Manage the telephone switchboard and message taking.
• Provide care, ensure clinical monitoring of patients, and assist doctors during specific interventional and non-interventional care.
• Ensure the follow-up of all daily administrative tasks contributing to the smooth running of the center, such as the management of emails and schedules.
• Be responsible for the preparation, follow-up, and archiving of patients' physical medical files.
• Perform the transmission of information and examination results to doctors within adequate timeframes.
