Introduction

For an attractive employer in the public environment, we are looking for an experienced leader with proven expertise in the areas of payroll, social insurances, and HR systems. In this key position, you will take responsibility for the payroll processing of a large organization and actively help shape the further development of modern HR processes.

Tasks

Overall responsibility for the timely and correct payroll processing of a large organization

Ensuring monthly and annual closings as well as all processes relevant to wages and social insurances

Functional, personnel, and organizational leadership of a well-coordinated payroll team

Strategic further development of the payroll and social insurances department

Responsibility for the optimization and further development of SAP HCM as well as digital HR processes

Advising managers and internal stakeholders on wage and social insurance law issues

Leading and participating in cross-departmental projects

Ensuring compliance, quality, and continuous process improvement

Profile

Completed commercial training with advanced training in the field of HR, payroll, or social insurances

Several years of professional experience in the payroll and social insurance environment

Demonstrable leadership experience as well as enjoyment in the further development of employees

Sound knowledge in SAP HCM and high IT affinity

Experience in leading projects as well as in the optimization of processes and systems

Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working

High service orientation, communication strength, and assertiveness
