Customer service, customer consulting, the support of our customers, as well as finding solutions are among our competencies.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged Customer Advisor in Field Service who supports and advises our customers with passion.

Your tasks

• Support, consulting, and assistance for our existing customers in the field
• Acquisition of new customers and expansion of our customer base
• Presentation and sale of our high-quality construction products
• Development of individual solutions for our customers
• Identifying customer needs and demonstrating technically innovative and economical solutions
• Market observation and identification of new business opportunities
• Participation in trade fairs and events for customer loyalty

Your profile

• Completed training in the construction industry or a comparable qualification (sales newcomers are welcome)
• Experience in field service, ideally in the construction or construction-related industry
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with customers
• Enthusiastic and assertive sales professional
• Confident in negotiation
• Independent and structured way of working
• High willingness to travel within Switzerland
• Good German skills in speaking and writing, other language skills are an advantage
