Your role ##

Our focus is on the independent processing of administrative HR tasks:

• Processing of family allowances, EO settlements and accident reports
• Administrative support in processing training and further education agreements
• Administrative personnel support for anniversaries, births and other events
• Master data maintenance of employees in SAP and the subsystems, as well as maintaining our digital personnel files in Abacus
• Support in the organization of events and Welcome Days

Your profile ##

• Attending the WMS (profile Consulting, Tourism and Marketing) at the Kanti am Brühl
• Communicative, solution-oriented with a view to implementation
• Service-oriented, quick comprehension, initiative, willingness to perform and learn
• Precise, careful and reliable way of working
• High sense of responsibility as well as a strong enjoyment of teamwork
