Die Gesundheitsnetz Küsnacht AG (GNK) with the age and health centers Tägerhalde and Wangensbach with around 130 residents as well as day care, the Spitex, living in old age and counseling with a total of around 240 employees is a non-profit stock corporation in full ownership of the municipality of Küsnacht. We are looking for a development-oriented reinforcement by agreement.

Your new tasks

• Evening shifts from 16:00 to 22:00
• Assessment and case management in complex nursing situations
• Taking over complex care as well as instruction and delegation
• Performance recording and nursing documentation using Nexus and RAI-HC
• Management and design of the nursing processes
• Active participation in the redesign of the processes and the standards

What you bring with you

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH
• Strong in assessment with RAI-HC and in case management in the Spitex
• High level of independence and networked thinking
• Very good oral and written German as well as IT skills
• Driver's license category B is an advantage
