Share What awaits you? ## During your three-year apprenticeship, you will gain insight into various departments and will be deployed in the following work situations: • You advise bank customers (basic services, investing, financing and pension planning) • You support bank customers via digital channels • You assist in the consultation of bank customers (corporate clients and/or asset management) • You undertake the administrative preparation and processing of banking transactions • You receive and direct bank customers further In addition, during your apprenticeship with us, you will gain initial experience in: • Marketing • Human Resources • Project management In the various departments, you will be accompanied and supported by competent and experienced practical trainers. You can complete the training with us either as extended basic education with EFZ or with Berufsmaturität. What do you bring with you? ## Schooling: • completed compulsory education at the highest school level with good grades • very good German skills, proficient orally & in writing • prerequisites for learning two foreign languages • with Berufsmaturität: Very good performance at the highest school level, passed entrance examination Personal: • sociable and communicative • joy in learning • ability to work in a team • reliability and precise working • open to new things Interests: • joy in everyday banking and customer contact • interested in trends and developments in the professional field and in the industry • application of information sources and use of new technologies
