• You take responsibility for the successful implementation of all electrical projects and services in the electrical sub-division in Zug.
• You lead, promote, and motivate your team and develop employees professionally and personally.
• You ensure compliance with work, safety, and quality standards.
• You manage and monitor project execution including budget, cost control, and relevant key figures.
• You maintain existing customer relationships and support the expansion of new customer contacts.
• You implement standards, processes, and improvements in the electrical sub-division.
• You promote occupational safety and ensure that training and awareness sessions are carried out within the team.
• You support contract reviews and ensure the professional implementation of service contracts.

What sets you apart.

• Completed vocational training as an Elektroinstallateur*in EFZ.
• Federal Diploma (Fachausweis) as an Elektroprojektleiter*in Installation und Sicherheit is mandatory.
• Training in the field of safety is mandatory.
• Several years of experience in the planning and realization of electrical systems.
• Leadership experience or pronounced leadership competence with high social competence.
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a good understanding of business contexts.
• Confident handling of common standards, MS Office, and industry-standard tools; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Very good German skills; English is an advantage.
• Confident appearance, analytical thinking, and high result orientation.
