We are looking for one of our clients in Genève as part of a temporary mission:

GOUVERNANTE GENERALE - FAMILLE PRIVEE (H/F)

Your mission: ###

• Supervise all household staff and organize schedules.
• Guarantee an irreproachable level of maintenance and presentation of the residence.
• Daily control the quality of work performed and ensure compliance with established standards.
• Coordinate the various teams and external service providers.
• Ensure the preparation of the residence before the arrival of family members and their guests.
• Supervise service during receptions and private events.
• Manage stocks of linen, cleaning products, consumables and supplies.
• Ensure the care and preservation of linen, furniture, precious objects and residence equipment.
• Anticipate the needs of the family and ensure personalized, discreet and irreproachable service.
• Train and support staff members in order to maintain a level of service corresponding to the requirements of a high-end private home.
• Be the main contact person for the daily organization of the house.

• We are looking for an elegant, reliable, discreet, extremely organized professional with an excellent sense of service. The candidate must be able to work with great autonomy, anticipate the family's needs and permanently maintain an exceptional level of exigence.
• Significant experience in an internationally renowned palace, notably as Housekeeper General, is indispensable.

Your profile: ###

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in luxury hospitality and/or within private homes.
• Having held the position of Housekeeper General in a palace for several years.
• Excellent knowledge of service and maintenance standards of 5-star establishments and palaces.
• Proven experience in the management and supervision of household teams.
• Fluent French, both spoken and written.
• Very good level of English, allowing for easy communication with the family, guests, collaborators and international service providers.
• Excellent presentation and irreproachable interpersonal skills.
• Acute sense of organization, discretion and confidentiality.
• Great capacity for anticipation and attention to detail.
• Autonomy, rigor and ability to manage priorities with calm and efficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with a demanding private family.
• Verifiable professional references.
