Technical Caretaker

In this versatile role, you will undertake the following activities:

• Maintenance work in the HVACSE area
• Repairs to HVACSE systems and facilities
• You are the first point of contact for our customers regarding the maintenance and care of technical building systems
• Coordination of various service provisions
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Analysis and rectification of malfunctions, ensuring system availability
• Support with general tasks in building maintenance
• On-call service

You are a service provider by conviction. Positive feedback motivates you and spurs you on to further top performance. You bring the following requirements:

• Technical basic training in the HVACSE area
• Professional experience with HVACSE systems and in maintenance
• Good IT user skills
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Experience with ticketing systems is an advantage
• Enjoyment in exchanging with various customers/suppliers
• Independent way of working and organization
• Possession of a valid driver's license Cat. B
• Readiness for on-call service
