Introduction

In this versatile position, you will take responsibility for demanding mandates and be in direct exchange with clients. Tasks

• Holistic support and advisory of fiduciary mandates
• Management of financial accounting including accounts receivable and accounts payable processes as well as payment transactions
• Preparation of value-added tax returns
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to OR
• Management of payroll accounting including social insurances and personnel administration
• Preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons
• Participation in audit mandates
• Professional support and guidance of assistants as well as apprentices

Profile

• Commercial basic training
• Further training as a Fiduciary with Federal Diploma or Specialist in Finance and Accounting with Federal Diploma (mandatory)
• Several years of sound professional experience in the fiduciary sector
• Very good knowledge in balancing and financial statement preparation according to OR
• Independent, precise, and structured way of working
• Resilience, flair for numbers, and enjoyment of direct customer contact
• Proficient German language skills at C2 level
• Very good user knowledge in MS Office, Abacus, and Dr. Tax
