Tasks

• Planning and coordination of incoming and outgoing goods
• Ensuring a smooth flow of materials and goods
• Communication with freight forwarders and internal departments
• Monitoring deadlines and ensuring delivery readiness
• Execution and control of stock bookings in the ERP system
• Stock controls and inventories
• Processing of complaints and transport damage
• Creation and control of shipping documents
• Collaboration in the optimization of logistics processes
• Compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety regulations
• Operation of filling plants as well as palletizing plant
• Assistance in the training of our apprentice logistics specialists EFZ

Your Profile

• Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ / EBA or many years of experience in logistics
• Professional experience as a logistics specialist EFZ / EBA desirable
• Good knowledge of ERP systems
• Organizational skills and a structured way of working
• High level of personal responsibility and reliability
• Ability to work in a team as well as strong communication skills
• Resilience and flexibility (Mobile as early or late shifts are possible seasonally)
• Good German skills in speaking and writing, French skills are an advantage
• Forklift license
