As part of its business development, VIRUS ARCHITECTURE is looking for a versatile, creative and passionate architect or interior architect to start immediately, wishing to invest themselves in all phases of a project, from its conception to its realization.

The projects developed combine architecture, renovation and interior design, with particular attention paid to aesthetics, materials, constructive details and quality of execution.

Your missions

• Participate in architectural design and project development.
• Produce preliminary design plans, technical drawings, constructive details and execution plans.
• Develop 3D models, photorealistic renderings and project presentations.
• Research and select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and equipment.
• Participate in exchanges with clients, suppliers and various stakeholders.
• Ensure coordination of companies, meetings and site supervision.
• Participate in the administrative and financial management of projects: monitoring of offers, awards, invoices and cost control using Excel spreadsheets.
• Follow projects in their entirety, from the first sketch to the final details of realization.

Your profile

• Training in architecture or interior architecture.
• Good command of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape and Photoshop.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Aesthetic sensitivity, creativity and sense of detail. Marked interest in materials, products, furniture, design and technical solutions.
• Knowledge of manufacturers and products in the sector appreciated, or true curiosity and desire to discover them.
• Ability to understand and develop constructive details and technical solutions.
• Interest in new technologies and relevant and thoughtful use of artificial intelligence tools, with a true critical spirit and the ability to maintain control over architectural and technical choices.
• Autonomy, rigor, sense of organization and ease in relations with clients and companies.
• Ability to anticipate difficulties, propose suitable solutions and take initiatives throughout the project.
• Desire to involve oneself both in the design and in the concrete realization of projects.
