Alpnach \| 80-100% What you can contribute to <br /> • Organize and manage aircraft maintenance in both ordinary and extraordinary situations • Lead subordinate staff and assume responsibility for results • Ensure the smooth running of management processes and provide adapted communication at different levels • Plan and implement staff training and development • Provide instructions and ensure their respect and implementation • Maintain flight equipment in accordance with regulations (including understanding technical documentation written in English, level A2) <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Certificate of polymechanic competence or similar basic technical training of four years; higher professional training or willingness to train • Good understanding of mechanical and electronic systems, knowledge of business management and, ideally, professional experience in aviation • Operational management experience, negotiation talent, team spirit, customer service sense, meticulousness and ability to take initiative • Excellent computer skills (preferably MS Office and SAP) and, ideally, basic military training (ER) • Ideally, mastery of at least two national languages and knowledge of English (A2) <br /> In a few words As the Swiss Air Force's center of excellence for helicopters, the command of the Alpnach Air Base is responsible for ensuring permanent operational availability. It also offers many interesting positions in a cutting-edge technology field. To enable the Swiss Army to constantly fulfill its missions in Switzerland and abroad, we ensure the preparation, maintenance and restoration of Super Puma (TH 06), Cougar (TH 18) and Eurocopter (EC 635) aircraft.
