The Schulheim is an institution recognized by the Federal Office of Justice and offers residential places 365 days a year for a total of 44 children and adolescents of school age, of which 34 are school and residential places with an additional 10 progression places.-

Your tasks ###

• Care of the children and adolescents in everyday life
• In shift service in the residential group
• Promotion of the personal competencies of the clients
• Participation in the preparation and implementation of camps, working groups, projects and other undertakings
• Interdisciplinary cooperation
• Case responsibility in the client system as a reference person
• Accompanying employees in training
• Cooperation taking into account LOA, New Authority and Bündner Standard

Your profile ###

• You have a successfully completed degree in social pedagogy HF/FH
• You are flexible, resilient, as well as a responsible personality with enjoyment of a demanding task
• You have a positive basic attitude, empathy, capacity for reflection, resilience, capacity for criticism and humor
• You show willingness to work irregular hours (weekend service and night standby service)
