In order to complete our sales staff who are committed to understanding and responding to the specific needs of our many clients, we are looking for a:

Customer Advisor

Your mission

• Carry out regular visits to clients, advise them, and support them in their needs for textiles and other service provisions;
• Ensure the internal management and follow-up of client files;
• Participate in the implementation and follow-up of new services and collaborations;
• Visit prospects, identify their needs, and contribute to the preparation of offers;
• Collect, analyze, and transmit market-related information;
• Contribute to the proposal of new developments in services and articles;
• Participate in various internal meetings and collaborate with other company departments;
• Perform various administrative tasks related to the sales department.

Profile sought

• CFC commercial employee, in sales, housekeeping, or a title deemed equivalent;
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar function, in a field related to textiles or in the housekeeping sector;
• Knowledge of our clientele's sectors, an asset;
• Excellent oral and written mastery of the French language;
• Great ease with standard IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook,-);
• In possession of a driver's license;
• Possessing a good team spirit and a customer orientation;
• Demonstrating much interpersonal skill and a keen sense of listening and communication;
• Proactive, organized, autonomous, and flexible;
• Sense of precision, rigor, and discretion;
• Excellent presentation.
