You take over as Leading Physician a clinical-operative cadre function in the urology clinic with a broad deployment in outpatient and inpatient patient care as well as your own consultation hour. If qualified (management training, habilitation), there is the possibility of co-leading the clinic. You independently perform demanding urological interventions across the entire operative spectrum and participate in the further development of operative urology. As a responsible cadre physician, you supervise and instruct assistant and senior physicians and ensure high quality in interprofessional and interdisciplinary cooperation. You engage in education and training, particularly in teaching operative techniques and larger urological interventions. You participate in the clinic's cadre services (medical background or emergency service). Your profile You have a completed medical degree or an equivalent, MEBEKO-recognized foreign qualification, the specialist title in urology and, if possible, further focus titles, a cantonal medical license (BAB) or meet the requirements for it. We require in-depth experience in endourology; competence in laser enucleation of the prostate is desirable. You have experience in major urological (oncological or reconstructive) surgery, robot-assisted or open. You have several years of professional experience as a specialist at a center or university hospital. You have very good German language skills (C1). You are characterized by high team skills, resilience, social competence, communication strength, willingness to take responsibility, and joy in training young colleagues.
