Reporting to the Production Manager, you contribute to the industrialization and smooth running of surface treatment activities, with a key role in methods, tooling, and order feasibility.

Specializing in high-precision surface treatments, this company develops innovative solutions based notably on PVD and ALD technologies in La Chaux-de-Fonds.
Missions
Create, update, and manage work instructions.
Verify the technical feasibility of new customer orders.
Design and optimize fixtures using CAD (SolidWorks).
Prepare, monitor, and manage production tooling: design, implementation, compliance, stock, and renewal.
Guarantee the availability of machine targets, gases, and technical resources necessary for production.
Produce the detailed drawings necessary for the manufacture of fixtures.
Collaborate with Sales on the feasibility of customer requests.
Collaborate with Maintenance on material stocks and the implementation of maintenance processes for PVD and ALD equipment.
Supervise the implementation of fixtures internally or externally.
Candidate Profile
ES Technician diploma in microtechnology or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Proficiency in SolidWorks and Microsoft 365.
Spoken and written English, B1 level.
Experience in microtechnology: an asset.
Methodical, rigorous, autonomous, and proactive.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in parallel.
Writing and interpersonal skills, with good team spirit.
