Tool Grinder (m/f/d) Your area of responsibility: Precise grinding and manufacturing of special and prototype thread tools Programming, setting up and optimizing the ANCA TapX 7-axis as well as other multi-channel CNC machines (turning, milling and multitask centers) Planning, implementation and documentation of manufacturing trials for the further development of thread technology First-piece and process inspections with modern measuring systems; participation in the qualification of internal threads Monitoring and continuous optimization of manufacturing processes to increase quality and efficiency Machine care, maintenance and cleaning; manufacturing of prototypes Creation and maintenance of technical documents and data sheets (Word, Excel, SAP) Close cooperation with technical experts; instruction and induction of new team members Your qualification: Completed vocational training as a polymechanic or production mechanic Several years of experience in handling CNC machines; ideally knowledge of grinding software (e.g., ToolRoom RN34) and controls such as Siemens, Fanuc or Mitsubishi Confident reading, interpreting and implementing technical drawings Experience with testing equipment and routine application in quality assurance Proficient use of MS Office; experience with SAP is an advantage Independent, exact and responsible way of working Flexibility, resilience as well as strong team and communication skills Structured, analytical thinking and solution-oriented approach Support for further training and access to the global Learning Campus Exciting employee events to promote the corporate culture Free parking spaces with e-charging stations Free hot drinks Generous holiday regulations jpid11cd5b5jm jit0834jm jiy26jm
