Field Sales Representative Franchise & Ghostkitchen (100%)

Your tasks:
Active acquisition of new franchise and ghostkitchen partners
Presentation and sale of our gastronomy concepts
Personal consultation of potential partners on-site
Support and assistance to existing franchise partners
Accompanying new partners from contract signing to opening
Support in the implementation of our standards and concepts
Conducting regular site visits throughout Switzerland
Building long-term and successful partner relationships
Market observation and identification of new business opportunities
Documentation of customer conversations and partner activities

Your profile:
Driving license category B mandatory
Fluent German skills in speaking and writing
Experience in gastronomy mandatory or of great advantage
Experience in sales, field service, or franchising is an advantage
Strong communication, persuasive and independent personality
Enjoyment of direct contact with entrepreneurs and gastronomy businesses
High willingness to travel within all of Switzerland
Reliable and solution-oriented way of working
Confident and well-groomed appearance
Further language skills are an advantage
Well-groomed appearance
