Production Team Coordinator Tooling Management

The role coordinates daily processes, monitors maintenance and repair activities, and supports the team with technical and organizational issues. Additionally, it contributes to compliance with quality and safety standards and represents the Team Leader in their absence.   Responsibilities • Coordination of daily activities in the area of Tooling Management • Ensuring the timely provision of tools and consumables for production • Technical support and supervision of employees in the tooling area • Monitoring of maintenance, repair, and calibration activities • Support in the prioritization of tooling requirements and resources • Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and process specifications • Conducting or supporting shop floor meetings • Escalation of technical or capacity problems to the Team Leader • Support in the onboarding of new employees • Participation in Lean, CIP, and optimization projects • Deputizing for the Team Leader in their absence   Qualifications • Basic technical training, preferably in the field of mechanics, toolmaking, production technology, or mechanical engineering • Several years of experience in tooling management, manufacturing, or maintenance • Good understanding of tool life cycles, maintenance processes, and production processes • Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working • High customer and service orientation towards internal production areas • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team • Experience with ERP systems as well as common Office applications is an advantage     Our commitment to inclusion, fairness, and equal opportunity We believe in meaningful careers, continuous learning, and equal opportunities for all - as a foundation for innovation and success.
