SCCO237 Service des contributions (SCCO) Le SCCO Legal Counsel SCCO237 Service des contributions (SCCO) Le SCCO, which has approximately 150 employees, brings together entities responsible for taxing and collecting various taxes. The legal entity of the service has the main mission of providing legal support to all entities within the service. It also prepares observations within the framework of appeal procedures before the courts. It handles exemption and liability procedures. It drafts bills and regulations relating to cantonal tax legislation. Your missions As a legal counsel within the service des contributions, your main task consists of providing legal support in the processing of tax files (taxation, collection, tax remission, exemption, evasion) and during litigation procedures. You autonomously draft observations for the Tribunal cantonal and the Tribunal fédéral, as well as appeals to the Tribunal fédéral. You support your legal manager and the head of the service during the preparation of bills, consultations, and legal opinions. You participate in the development of internal directives and contribute to the training of the service staff. On a daily basis, you maintain contact with taxpayers, representatives, as well as various tax authorities. Your profile Holding a master's degree in law, you have at least three years of experience in a field of activity related to the function. You possess very good knowledge of taxation and notions of accounting. Your perfect command of French, both spoken and written, and your keen sense of human relations are undeniable assets for the position. You know how to work autonomously, demonstrate initiative, and also possess great resistance to stress. Good knowledge of German would be an advantage. We offer you Autonomous and varied work.
