Clerk Intl' Sales / Customer Service / Export 90-100% workload 1 day home office (f/m/d)
As the future job holder you will
process orders from A to Z and communicate throughout Europe and partly globally with international customers and suppliers
conduct clarification discussions with various internal departments, such as production, warehouse, export department and accounting
prepare offers with the field service
coordinate transports in cooperation with the internal freight forwarding (export knowledge can be acquired)
complete special requests from international customers after thorough introduction
support each other in the team and can participate in internal projects if interested
Requirements
You are commercially trained KV, business school (further training is an advantage but not a requirement)
bring professional experience as a clerk in internal sales, customer service or export
speak English well (from B1+), other languages are an advantage and can be used regularly depending on country support
Age: from 23 years (in an age-mixed team with an apprentice)
are open-minded, service-conscious, appreciate an open and collegial team
