Sociosanitary Operator

The employer is looking for a:

Sociosanitary Operator AFC (reported profession)

Tasks:

• care activities and support for the person, ensuring respectful, professional interventions in line with the mission and philosophy of the service

Requirements:

• Federal Certificate of Capacity (AFC) - OSS (Sociosanitary Operator)
• proven experience preferably from 1 - 3 years, or more, in the home care sector or in socio-sanitary structures
• motivated, reliable and oriented towards the quality of care
• driving license cat. B
• owning a car (indispensable requirement)
• availability for shift work, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• good interpersonal skills, sense of responsibility and aptitude for autonomous work
• residence in Locarnese or surrounding areas preferred
• reliability, precision and compliance with internal procedures
• excellent knowledge of the Italian language

Employment details:

• workplace Locarno - Locarnese Region
• employment from 40% to 80%
• start of employment immediately, permanent contract
• schedule: Shift work, including evening shifts, weekends and holidays
• salary according to the CCL of the sector
