Requirements profile ##

• Completed training as a health professional EFZ
• Experience in long-term care and in daily responsibility
• Independent, responsible and team-oriented work
• High social competence and resilience

Tasks ##

• Holistic care and support of the residents according to the care process
• Support in demanding care situations and in everyday life
• Cooperation with nursing professionals and interdisciplinary teams
• Documentation of the services provided in the electronic system
• Co-responsibility for the quality of life and well-being of the residents
