Tasks

• Support and deputy for the Head Chef.
• Responsibility for production (collaboration and leadership).
• Active co-creation of varied menu plans.
• Leadership at events (cocktails, conference halls).
• Administrative tasks (Polyright for invoicing, Mobatime for time management, Diva for emails/reservations).
• Compliance with HACCP regulations and the environmental standard ISO 14001.

Qualifications

Desired profile:

• Professional background: A completed apprenticeship as a cook as well as sound experience in a similar leadership position (ideally in institutional catering).
• Organizational gene: You maintain an overview even during peak times, work efficiently, and are a solution-oriented team player.
• IT affinity: Confident handling of MS Windows and willingness to familiarize yourself with our specific industry programs.
• Reliability: An impeccable debt enforcement and criminal record extract is mandatory for this position.
