We manage the AMAG garages, the Carrosserie Centers and the Centres Occasions, for a reliable and personalized service. To strengthen our AMAG Lausanne team, we are looking for a Bodywork after-sales service advisor (F/M) at 100% for a position to be filled immediately or by arrangement. At the heart of our bodywork service, you accompany our customers after an accident or damage to their vehicle, offering them reassuring and professional follow-up at every stage. From reception to restitution, you coordinate repairs with the workshop, experts and insurance companies, while ensuring respect for deadlines and the quality of the work carried out. Your tasks ## • Customer relationship manager: You will be the point of contact for our customers, coordinating appointments up to the handover of the vehicle, while maintaining active relationships. • True link between our customers and the bodywork workshop: you advise, plan interventions and ensure an irreproachable customer experience at every stage of the file. • Offer expert: You will prepare offers in accordance with requests, ensure the cleanliness and completeness of vehicles, and manage workshop orders with professionalism. • Mobility champion: You will create a friendly atmosphere and convince our customers thanks to your expertise and passion for mobility.
