Fiduciary Mandate Manager D/E 80-100%

For an established fiduciary company with national and international clients in a very good location in the city of Zürich, we are looking for an experienced personality who enjoys working independently, provides personal customer care, and at the same time enjoys taking on responsibility in a dedicated team.

Your tasks

• You take on a central role in customer care and are a reliable contact person for your mandates
• Independent care of various companies and SME mandates
• Responsible for ongoing financial and payroll accounting
• Preparation and review of interim and annual financial statements
• VAT returns
• Managing payroll mandates
• Payroll and personnel administration
• Preparation of tax returns for nat. and jur. persons
• Professional cooperation with employees from administration
• Support in the onboarding and integration of new clients
• Contact person for clients regarding fiduciary and financial questions
• Opportunity to actively help shape existing processes and the quality of mandate management

Your profile

• A federal diploma in fiduciary (eidgenössischer Fachausweis Treuhand) or a comparable qualification
• Several years of practical experience in the care and management of fiduciary mandates
• Enjoyment of working independently and of taking on responsibility
• A structured, reliable, and solution-oriented approach
• A professional and binding appearance towards clients
• Very good German skills in spoken and written language
• Good English skills for the care of a partially international customer environment
• Team spirit and the willingness to share knowledge and support other employees
