What you can achieve with us ##

• Accounts receivable management: You manage our accounts receivable, maintain master data and post incoming payments reliably and on time
• Customer service: You are the competent contact person for our customers and process their concerns professionally and solution-oriented
• Master data management: You ensure the quality and timeliness of our customer master data
• Credit management: You check credit limits and process corresponding requests
• Credit card statements: You are responsible for the post-processing of the credit card statements of our shops
• Insurances: You manage the accounts receivable of our insurance partners and work closely with insurance companies and internal specialist departments
• Process optimization: You document processes, keep work instructions up to date and actively contribute to the further development of our processes
• Teamwork & deputy: You support the team in daily business and ensure smooth deputy coverage
• Closing work: You assist with monthly and annual closings

How we inspire you ##

• Education: You have a commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent qualification in accounting
• Professional experience: Ideally, you bring experience in the accounts receivable area and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment
• Language competence: You communicate very confidently in writing and orally in German; knowledge of French and/or Italian is an advantage
• IT & system affinity: You possess in-depth IT and SAP knowledge and enjoy working digitally and in a structured manner
• Joy of innovation: You enjoy new technologies and want to actively contribute to the application of AI in everyday work
