On behalf of one of our clients, a leading institution active in home care in the Lausanne region, we are looking for Nurses, ASSCs and Healthcare Auxiliaries:
NURSE / ASSC / HEALTHCARE AUXILIARY (M/F)
Your mission
Within a committed and multidisciplinary team, you play an essential role in maintaining home care and the quality of life of the beneficiaries.
In this capacity, you will be required to:
Provide personalized care at the patients' homes.
Assess the needs of the beneficiaries and develop adapted care plans.
Ensure clinical follow-up and guarantee the continuity of care.
Collaborate closely with doctors, relatives and the various stakeholders in the healthcare network.
Actively participate in the promotion of autonomy, comfort and well-being of patients.
Your profile
HES Nurse diploma, ASSC, Healthcare Auxiliary or equivalent recognized title.
For diplomas obtained abroad: CRS recognition is imperative.
Confirmed professional experience of at least 2 years in home care.
Excellent ability to work autonomously and manage priorities.
Acute sense of responsibility, organization and communication.
Strong interpersonal skills and patient orientation.
Valid driver's license and personal vehicle indispensable.
Clean Swiss criminal record required.
