Surface Coater EFZ / Plant Operator Galvanic (Production)

Your area of responsibility #### • Responsible for the timely refinement of production orders while adhering to quality specifications • Loading and unloading of plants • Carrying out quality inspections, in particular layer thickness measurements (X-Ray) and visual final inspections according to specifications and test instructions • Operation and application of various software programs (MES-GalClient, X-Ray, laboratory program, maintenance planner) • Execution of maintenance, cleaning, and repair work according to the maintenance plan • Safe and proper handling of chemicals • Participation in the implementation of Lean Management methods, in particular 5S and Shopfloor Management • Support of an efficient, trouble-free, and quality-oriented production process • Compliance with safety regulations and instructions of the Galvanic production Your profile #### • Completed technical basic training, ideally as a surface coater EFZ or with comparable training and mechanical knowledge • Several years of professional experience in surface coating are an advantage • Technical understanding of fully automated process and production plants • Experience in handling chemicals • Physically fit and resilient; accustomed to lifting and carrying loads of up to ca. 20 kg • Reliable, independent, and team-oriented way of working • Very good German language skills in word and writing • Good IT user skills, in particular in MS Office • High flexibility regarding working hours as well as willingness for weekend shifts • Willingness to work in a 3-shift operation Why HUBER+SUHNER? #### • Wide range of training and further education opportunities • Up to 6 weeks of vacation • Staff restaurant with varied menus at attractive prices • Contribution to fitness and bath subscriptions • Generous contribution to the Half-Fare travelcard subscription • Over-obligatory pension fund and much more- We look forward to hearing from you! #### You will receive feedback from us as soon as possible.
