On behalf of one of our clients based in Genève, we are looking for an Occupational Health Nurse for a 6-month interim mission.

Occupational Health Nurse (M/F)

Your mission

Within the occupational health service, you actively contribute to the promotion of health and the well-being of employees. As a true local point of contact, you ensure quality nursing support in a dynamic and demanding environment.

Your main responsibilities

• Welcome, guide, and advise employees on health themes.
• Ensure the management of emergency situations and administer first aid.
• Perform nursing care and follow prescribed treatments.
• Participate in risk prevention and health promotion actions.
• Organize and coordinate vaccination campaigns.
• Collaborate with various partners in the medico-social network.
• Intervene on several sites according to the needs of the service.

Your profile

• Recognized Nursing diploma and right to practice in the Canton of Genève.
• Confirmed professional experience of a minimum of 2 years.
• Strong interest in occupational health, prevention, and employee support.
• Excellent mastery of standard IT tools.
• Good knowledge of the Genève socio-sanitary network.
• Ability to manage priorities and emergency situations with calmness and professionalism.
• Team spirit, autonomy, and sense of responsibility.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, sense of listening, and discretion.
