Caravan Technician / Joiner / Production Employee (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and craft-skilled personality who enjoys individual manufacturing, vehicle conversion, and varied manual tasks.

Your tasks

Conversion and interior conversion of campers, caravans, and vehicles
Manufacture and assembly of furniture and individual installations
Processing of wood-based materials, especially HPL panels
Cutting, drilling, milling, and assembling components
Assembly of furniture, cladding, and technical components
Carrying out adjustment and rework directly on the vehicle
General production and workshop work
Quality control of manufactured components and finished conversions
Assistance in the optimization of production processes

What you bring with you
Completed training as a Joiner, Carpenter, Panel Beater, Vehicle Locksmith, or a comparable manual trade training
Alternatively: Several years of practical experience in manual trades, interior conversion, or vehicle conversion
Manual dexterity and technical understanding
Independent and reliable way of working
Enjoyment of individual solutions and varied tasks
Willingness to learn new things and take on different areas of activity
Good German skills

Driver's license Cat. B is an advantage

Also an advantage:
Experience in caravan or vehicle conversion
Experience in wood processing
Experience with electrical, water, or vehicle installations
Experience in assembly and interior conversion
