This is your job:
You recruit and maintain your candidate and employee base
Placement of job seekers in the temporary and permanent placement sector
Consistent acquisition and expansion of new and existing customer relationships
Offering our service through active telephone selling
Binding and timely processing of customer orders
Maintenance of our SocialMedia channels

What you should bring with you:
A completed vocational apprenticeship in a technical or manual field and a flair for sales
A healthy portion of ambition and perseverance
You are communicative, like people and have high self-motivation as well as social competence to build something with your entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting
Independent, goal-oriented work as well as a confident appearance, rapid comprehension and no hesitation in dealing with the PC and the telephone
Good German skills and additionally you must speak Portuguese or Spanish, furthermore you ideally live in the Thun area and possess a car driver's license
Ideal age from 25 to 35 years
