To strengthen our service technician team, we are looking for a reliable, resilient, independent and motivated Service Technician / Specialist Advisor (m/f/d) for the Zurich region.

With your entry at Duscholux, you will become a true ambassador of our brand to our customers and partners. You will work on our shower partitions and will be active in a dynamic environment with varied tasks and a high degree of personal responsibility.

Your area of responsibility

• Main contact person for Duscholux for our customers and partners in the Zurich region
• Advice and support for customers on all technical questions
• Direct on-site measurement
• Assembly, maintenance and repair of our entire product range
• Processing of damage cases and warranty inquiries
• Support for our partners with technical questions
• Independent planning of your assignments; creation of the corresponding service reports
• Every working day is different and offers you the opportunity to work independently and at the same time be at the center of customer relationships.

Your competencies

• Completed vocational training (sanitary installer, metalworker, carpenter or equivalent training)
• Practical experience in a technical profession or in the assembly area
• Independent and structured way of working
• Confident handling of IT and computer applications
• Fast, careful and precise way of working
• Flexibility and willingness to work irregular hours
• Driver's license category B (mandatory)
