Architect - Tender and Execution Planning | ETH/FH | immediately or by arrangement | 100 %   How you will inspire us You have at least 3 years of professional experience in Switzerland in the field of project and execution planning for a construction volume of at least CHF 4.5 Mio. and have sound knowledge in buyer support for STWE projects. You address problems proactively and contribute to finding solutions with your goal-oriented attitude. You are alert, curious, and up for fun, meaning you are a team player. You contribute your experience to discussions and share your knowledge. You are able to process and structure different architectural and construction-related tasks independently. You do not get unsettled easily, are committed, are confident in negotiations, and take responsibility within the team and in dealing with authorities, specialist planners, and contractors. Basic knowledge of Vectorworks is among your skills; you are familiar with Adobe programs. Your stylish German in spoken and written form completes your profile.   This field of activity excites you You take on planning responsibility for small and medium-sized projects and coordinate with the team when you need support. You develop high-quality and technically mature details according to the common rules and standards of architecture. You check working plans precisely and with high qualitative standards.
