Job number: 8501 Work location: Herisau Workload: 100% Activities: • Operating various plants and machines • Reading work documents, providing required material and preparing tools • Carrying out assembly work: cutting cables to length, stripping, soft soldering and mounting special connectors • Carrying out final inspections, quality controls and packaging according to specifications • Data entry in the SAP system • Material availability, timely processing and release of production orders • Participation in continuous improvement processes Requirements: • Completed basic training EFZ, ideally in a technical or industrial specialty • Knowledge of assembly processes, soft soldering and reading technical drawings is an advantage • Economic and networked thinking as well as high independence and reliability • Strong teamwork skills, clear communication and high social competence • High quality awareness as well as a structured and careful way of working • Flexibility and willingness to work overtime and occasional weekend work • Very good German skills in speaking and writing, English is an advantage
