For our various service providers, we are constantly looking for Project Managers with a Federal Diploma of electrician (or in the process of obtaining it).

Job Description ##

• As a project manager, you manage the coordination and follow-up of electrical projects, ensuring their correct execution on construction sites
• You analyze plans, calculate and negotiate offers, and coordinate construction sites
• You validate equipment, organize installation and ensure safety
• You plan material and teams, optimize purchases and manage invoicing
• You maintain client relations, prospect and propose innovative solutions
• You define objectives, plan work and guarantee a secure working environment
• You verify compliance, coordinate tests and ensure the quality of installations

We expect ##

• Basic training: CFC electrical installer, CFC electrical planner, CFC telematics technician or a title deemed equivalent
• Higher education: Federal Diploma Electrical Project Manager in installation and safety
• Significant experience in Switzerland
• Position-specific knowledge: good knowledge of the electricity world, technical skills, good knowledge of the Neuchâtel economic fabric
• Particular soft skills: excellent negotiation skills, strong customer orientation, entrepreneurial spirit, proven leadership, effective team management, great organizational capacity, sharp analytical mind, sense of organization and excellent stress management
• Driving license indispensable
