Apprenticeship Production Mechanic EFZ

Interested in the profession of production mechanic?

You will learn how precise components are created from metal and other materials. In doing so, you will work with modern machines, tools, and measuring devices and will be introduced step by step to exciting tasks.

During your apprenticeship, you will produce workpieces, set up machines, and operate them independently. You will read technical drawings, assemble components, and use various measuring instruments to check if everything fits exactly. In addition, you will learn to maintain machines and ensure that they function reliably.

For the apprenticeship, you should meet the following requirements:

• Sekundarschule B
• Manual dexterity
• Technical understanding
• Enjoyment of mathematics / geometry

We are a modern training company that places great value on a varied and goal-oriented education for our apprentices. We offer a 40-hour week, own staff restaurant, good connections to public transport, and 5 - 7 weeks of vacation per apprenticeship year.
