Your missions and responsibilities In this varied role, you act as a point of contact for our customers in the field of medical gases You advise and support our customers (in particular lung associations) competently and process orders reliably by telephone and by e-mail You take charge of all sales support activities and independently draft correspondence and commercial documents You also verify and record the necessary supply authorizations for unavailable gases and are responsible for data management as well as the maintenance of customer master data and prices in the SAP system Your tasks also include complaint management, the entry and accounting of cylinder withdrawals reported by lung associations, the processing of queries, as well as the establishment of monthly reportings You actively contribute to process optimization (e.g. supply during holidays, rental concentrators, recurring orders, first commissioning) You also actively participate in the processes of digitization and automation of tasks and contribute to the development of the company towards digital transformation Your profile You have professional training in the service sector, or a commercial diploma, or equivalent professional experience in the administrative/commercial field You possess good expression skills and know how to communicate with ease with different interlocutors Autonomy and flexibility help you in your daily work An excellent command of German and French is indispensable for this position Good knowledge of English (at least B2) constitutes an asset You have perfect mastery of the MS Office suite Initial experience with SAP or another ERP system is an advantage You are open to new challenges and wish to actively contribute to the success of the digital transformation of our company What we offer you Benefit from a working environment combining flexibility and modernity.
