CDI - IBM Power / AIX Infrastructure Consultant – Ansible Automation (60–80 %)
For our client, we are looking for an infrastructure specialist to ensure the takeover and continuity of the operation of an IBM Power environment.
The infrastructure is based on physical IBM Power servers hosting AIX, PowerHA and GPFS. The mission combines systems administration and automation with Ansible.
Your missions
Ensure the administration and maintenance in operational conditions of IBM Power and AIX environments.
Operate and maintain PowerHA and GPFS solutions.
Develop and stabilize the automation of recurring operations with Ansible.
Diagnose and resolve incidents affecting the infrastructure.
Participate in the transfer of knowledge with the consultant in place and document procedures to prepare for the handover.
Profile sought
Proven experience in the administration of IBM Power infrastructures and AIX systems.
Operational skills on PowerHA and GPFS.
Mastery of Ansible for the automation of administration tasks.
Autonomy, rigor and ability to take over an existing environment.
Ability to document and transmit technical knowledge.
Conditions
Activity rate: 60 to 80 %.
Permanent employment contract.
