Motorcycle Mechanic with import tasks

In this varied role, together with your female and male colleagues, you will ensure the smooth running of our workshop and ensure the highest quality for new and customer vehicles.

Motorcycle Mechanic with import tasks | 80-100%

These are your tasks:

Workshop & Technology

• Diagnostic, service, and repair work on new and customer vehicles
• Technical inspections and final controls on new vehicles
• Modification and installation of additional equipment for small series
• Processing and billing of workshop orders as well as warranty claims

Import & Manufacturer Communication

• Processing of homologation topics and technical registration questions
• Technical clarifications and ongoing communication with the manufacturer's factory
• Support for our dealers with technical concerns via ticket system and telephone
• Preparation and passing on of technical information to our dealer network

Training & Knowledge Transfer

• Participation in train-the-trainer training at the manufacturer
• Development and preparation of technical training for the Swiss market
• Conducting training sessions for our dealer network
• Occasional support at national events

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as a motorcycle mechanic, car mechanic, or automotive mechatronics technician
• Good knowledge of mechanics, electronics, and diagnostic technology
• Professional experience and a high affinity for motorcycles
• Enjoyment of technical questions and their understandable communication
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form are mandatory; French and Italian as further national languages are an advantage
• Good MS-Office and general PC user knowledge
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as ability to work in a team
• Driver's licenses Cat. A (motorcycle) and Cat. B (car) are mandatory
