Operations Manager Track Renewal (m/f/d)

Your Job ##

• Overall responsibility for the respective shift during operations of the entire system
• Coordination of employees on the construction site as well as operational responsibility for the assigned employees
• Ensuring the transport readiness of the entire system according to specifications and in compliance with the 4-eyes principle
• Technical responsibility for the entire system as well as careful handling of machines and work equipment
• Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations in the railway area
• Close cooperation with construction management, security personnel, and construction site teams
• Creation of reports on the machines used
• Execution of maintenance and repair work on the construction site as well as overhauls during the winter months
• Technical support during construction site inspections, construction site meetings, and planning consultations

Your Profile ##

• Technical affinity and experience in the construction or railway environment
• Enjoyment in handling machines and systems
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Resilience, overview, and pragmatic solution orientation
• Team-oriented and reliable personality with enjoyment of technical responsibility

• Physical resilience and strong safety awareness
• Readiness for day, night, and weekend shifts
• Driver's license category B
• Proficient German skills in speaking and writing, other languages an advantage
