The Kdo Ausb includes the Higher Cadre Training, the Personnel of the Army, five training associations, the training center, as well as the Specialist Office for Women in the Army and Diversity. One third of the approximately 2'350 employees are active in civilian professions in the scientific, technical, medical, psychological, administrative, or sporting field and contribute to success together with the professional military.
